INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER MUSIC COMPETITON “OLIVERA DJURDJEVIC”

Dear students and colleagues, “Vladimir Djordjevic” Elementary Music School in (Serbia), in collaboration with the Flute Association of Serbia „Miodrag Azanjac“, for the fifth time organize “Olivera Djurdjevic” International Chamber Music Competition, with the aim to honor the memory of artistic and pedagogical work of prominent piano and harpsichord player Olivera Djurdjevic. We would hereby like to invite you to participate in our competition in order to contribute to the affirmation of chamber music and to support young musicians. DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION IS February 23th 2024
I category – younger grades of Elementary Music School (grades I-III for sixyear education; grades I and II for four-year education; grade I for two-year education) – up to 5 minutes
II category – older grades of Elementary Music School (grades IV-VI for sixyear education; grades III and IV for four-year education; grade II for two-year education) – up to 8 minutes
III category – grades I and II of Secondary Music School – up to 12 minutes
IV category – grades III and IV of Secondary Music School – up to 15 minutes. Two or more pieces from different epochs.
V category – Basic Academic Studies and Master Studies – up to 20 minutes. Two or more pieces from different epochs.
VI category – Specialist Studies and Doctoral Studies – up to 20 minutes– Two or more pieces from different epochs.
